Residents who paid rent in 2024 and meet the program income threshold may be eligible for a renter’s rebate. Renter’s Rebate applications are accepted through the Social Services department through September 30th.
Glastonbury residents aged 65 or older by 12/31/2024, or those receiving Social Security Disability, may be eligible if they meet the income eligibility: $45,200 for an individual and $55,100 for a couple. There is no asset limit for this program. The following documentation is required:
- Income for 2024 – SSA 1099 required; income tax, if filed, or all 1099s if not
- Rent and Utility payments for each month of 2024
