The Town of Glastonbury Revenue Collection Office will transition to a new online payment vendor, Catalis, effective Sept. 1, 2026.
Residents and taxpayers will continue to access the Town’s online payment system through the Town website and use www.glastonbury-ct.gov/taxpmt (mytaxbill.org) to make online payments. The Town’s online payment webpage and payment process will otherwise remain the same.
Action required for Invoice Cloud account holders
Residents who have previously created an account with Invoice Cloud or have automatic payments set up through Invoice Cloud will need to create a new account with Catalis and re-establish their payment information and automatic payment settings.
If you currently use automatic payments, please make sure your payment information and payment schedule are updated with Catalis to avoid any interruption in your payments.
The Town appreciates your patience as we make this transition. QDS, the Town’s tax software provider, and Catalis have partnered to support a seamless transition to the new payment platform.
Service Fee Schedule Change:
Credit Cards: 2.5% per transaction or $1.50 minimum fee per transaction
Debit Cards: 1.50% per transaction or $1.95 minimum fee per transaction
E-Check / ACH: $0.95 per transaction
